FYI, I am every bit as much in love with, and committed to, the CGGC as I have ever been.
It continues to be my hope that this small part of the Kingdom will thrive as it once did.
It is my greatest hope that, through repentance and turning from fallen ways, that the CGGC will, some day soon, again, be a community of priests whose people conduct themselves in the world as ambassadors of the Kingdom of God.
Therefore, much, though certainly not all, of the posts entered here will reflect my commitment to, and love for, the Churches of God, General Conference...and the advancement of Kingdom over institutionalized church.
In recent years, many religious institutionalists have paid lip-service to the idea that they should be empowering disciples--not merely providing religious products and services to be consumed by the church's passive laity. This blog reflects a life that earnestly, though not always successfully, attempts to walk that talk.

New Blog
Due to frustrations I've experienced in managing my old A Layman's Log blog, I've decided to try starting up a new blog.
In addition, I think it's time to tweak my focus to highlight the emphasis on the so-called doctrine of the Priesthood of all Believers, which has been the goal and aspiration of my life for the past half-dozen years.
